Online Customer Service Position

We are looking for an Online Customer Service Person! 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing exception customer service to our customers
- Troubleshooting all customer concerns and issues
- Providing insight on questions regarding product, fits
- Issuing returns and exchanges
- Managing our customer VIP program
- Analyzing customer feedback data on products, returns and reporting back to management, design team
- Always looking for ways to improve the customer experience 
We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, pays attention to detail and is a team player. You must have strong written and oral communication in English and great computer skills.
You must be based in Vancouver and able to work out of our office located in the GX Fashion Building.
